Both times, dozens of UCLA staff members peeked at her medical records, despite having no clinical reason to do so.</p></blockquote>
<p>I&#8217;m glad somebody brought this up! I have been pondering this very issue lately: particularly in light of the mentioned Britney Spears incident.</p>
